I'm Arjun Reddy. I founded Bengaluru North Realty in 2018 after a decade as a buyer myself — frustrated by sales-driven brokers, hidden margins, and developers who said one thing and registered another.

What we do differently

We work on three principles: transparent pricing (builder-direct, no commission stacking), complete legal verification (RERA, Khata, BIAAPA, OC, EC — every single time), and long-term relationships (we help with Khata transfer, property tax filings, resale and rental even after possession).

We are not a portal. We represent 5–15 properties that we have personally previewed, and we only match them to buyers who genuinely fit. If nothing fits, we will refer you to another agent.
